Services
EMCare provides home healthcare, nursing, and related medical services in Jordan. Service availability may vary by location and specialist.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Bookings and appointments
Bookings made through the website or WhatsApp are subject to confirmation and availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as communicated at the time of booking.
Service coverage scope
EMCare provides its services across all governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to specialist availability and operational coverage in each area.
Gender matching between patient and specialist
A request is approved when the specialist’s gender matches that of the patient receiving the service: a female specialist for a female patient, and a male specialist for a male patient, in order to protect privacy and the comfort of beneficiaries.
Booking on behalf of others
The account holder may book on behalf of a family member or any other beneficiary. In that case, the gender of the patient receiving the service applies, not the account holder’s gender. EMCare may contact you to verify the information before confirming the booking.
Cancellation when information does not match
EMCare reserves the right to cancel or amend an appointment if the information provided is inconsistent or violates service conditions.
Accuracy of submitted information
The customer must enter correct and complete details when booking, including the beneficiary’s name, contact number, and the correct address for service delivery.
Legal accountability
Impersonation, providing false information or documents, or using another person’s data without permission exposes the offender to legal accountability and gives EMCare the right to cancel the booking and take appropriate action.
Booking confirmation
A booking is not considered finally confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by the EMCare team and the customer has been contacted when necessary.
Rescheduling or cancellation
Please notify the EMCare team sufficiently before the scheduled appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel, to help us deliver quality service and manage appointments effectively.
Commitment to a safe and respectful environment
EMCare is committed to delivering services in a professional and safe environment. It may refuse or discontinue service if a specialist is subjected to verbal or behavioural abuse or any inappropriate conduct.
Appointment and specialist availability
Requested appointments depend on specialist availability in the selected area. The EMCare team will work to offer the earliest possible slot while maintaining service quality and procedural safety.
Booking acknowledgment
Completing the booking process constitutes acknowledgment that you have read, agree to, and will comply with these terms and conditions.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
Limitation of liability
EMCare strives to provide accurate information and quality care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
